Education
Sloan is served by the Westwood School district.
Organized in 1960, Westwood Serves the communities of Holly Springs, Hornick, Salix, Sloan and Smithland.  We also welcome open enrollment for our students from surrounding schools.

Our school provides free bus service for Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade.
